For reservations confirmed (by email) 14 days prior to arrival, after payment of 30% "deposit", we will confirm the reservation and book the apartment for the period.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 14 days before arrival! In this case the deposit will be refunded!
The "deposit" is part of the booking fee, in case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival and no-show, 100% of the deposit will be deducted from the amount of the reservation.
