The modern, newly built (2021) building with elevator is located in Keszthely, Nyárfa street 29/B, close to the waterfront, in a quiet and peaceful location, 500 meters from Lake Balaton, waiting for guests all year round. From the modern, well-equipped, air-conditioned apartment with balcony you can enjoy the panoramic view of the "Zámor" of Keszthely and the eastern part of the town, the hills of Cserszegtomaj, Gyenesdiás, Vonyarcvashegy and Balatongyörök. The distribution of the apartment: 35 sqm with an entrance hall, shower + toilet, living room, bedroom and three separate "panoramic" balconies (20 sqm), awaits the guests. The apartment is accessible, Anti-allergenic, (100% cold tiling, no underfloor heating), "free" air conditioning (heater-cooler), Nobo (digital heating panels), WI-FI (unlimited, optical cable), Smart TV, Digital Tv Program (with foreign language package), well equipped Kitchen (Dishwasher, Hotplate, Extractor, Coffee Maker, Micro, "RETRO" fridge, etc.), Dining Room (inside-outside), Washing Machine, Speaker, Mosquito Net,. Parking is possible in the "PRIVATE" street parking in front of the house.
We provide our guests with accommodation adapted to the duration of their stay: Towels, Tea towels, Coffee capsules, Tea filters, Dishwasher capsules, Washing machine capsules, to make your stay more comfortable!
Near the house is a 5-minute walk to the "LIBÁS" beach, nearby you can find many entertainment, dining and shopping facilities.
The apartment house is easily accessible by public transport, the bus stop is 500 meters away and the train station is only 15-20 minutes walk. The centre of Keszthely (Main Square, pedestrian street) is 20 minutes walk away.

Beach almost at your fingertips
A large part of the green area of the Goose Beach is covered with trees, so it's easy to find a shady spot. But there is also plenty of sunbathing space, either on the grassy area or on the sandy bay. For sports and games there is a sandy football pitch, a volleyball court, a shaded playground and a rubber table. Water bikes and kayaks can be hired, and there are plenty of snack bars and shops. Parking is free in the car parks at both entrances to the beach.

Helikon Castle Museum
The hunting exhibition houses trophies of game species taken on five continents. Most of the animals can be seen by walking through their 'natural habitat', and the experience is rounded off by a collection of ethnographic and fine art.

The Palm House, opened in 2012, with its exotic plants, evokes the tradition of orangeries and tropical greenhouses that were part of the royal and aristocratic lifestyle, with the finest varieties collected from Tahiti to Florida. If you walk out of the gardens of the castle, you will pass through Kossuth Lajos Street - the main street of Keszthely, a closed area. There are several listed buildings and buildings under monumental protection.
